Good morning happy Friday / conquering my fear a tiny bit at a time
Good morning happy Friday my favorite day of the week yesterday one of the brightest bathroom lights stopped working so I had to survive with low dim light I felt scared but did some breathing exercises and I feel great 😊 I hope that one day I can go to sleep without the bathroom light on 😊

Bisoprolol and PIP strategy?
I’m currently on bisoprolol 2.5 and so far so good since returning to it 🤞 chest pain,
breathing
, ability to move, ability to
exercise
(lightly walking) all seem to be improving daily which is HUGE! Even looking at going back to work next week or the following.

Living for others
I've been living with anxiety and depression for many years, and have just recently gone onto antidepressants. I've been finding it harder and harder to get out of bed each morning, and some mornings I don't. What makes things worse is everyone around me telling me that I'm too young to be feeling this

I didn't get any breathing exercises to do while in hospital or asked to breath the table tennis ball machine. I was asked to climb two flights of stairs before i would be released. Breathing is a big deal at the moment, can someone explain the breathing exercises please? So grateful for everyones responses

Another Newbie
Hi everyone, I am a 78 year old male, not diabetic or overweight, and until 3 months ago fairly fit and active for my age. As a result of a GP referral I had an angiogram at my local hospital, but due to severe calcification of my coronary arteries, they were unable to insert any stents. 3 weeks ago

Breathing exercises against the Ache, exhaustion, feverishness & breathlessness
I’d love to know if anyone *doesn’t find the breath-hold-exercise in the following guided tutorial https://youtu.be/tybOi4hjZFQ to be very helpful for Ache, exhaustion/fatigue, feverish-feeling, shortness of breath & eyesight?! Why don't you try it now? The first round takes 3mins, all 3 rounds 11 mins

Kumbhak Pranayam - For diabetes
Physical exercise is a part and parcel of a person with Diabetes. If you add
Yoga Pranayama
to your daily physical exercise routine, it helps a lot. Oxygen is freely available in air and is vital for burning your fuel ( food you eat). Without food one can survive for days, months and even years

Chronic lung pain but few other signs
Now I've had it again for about a month or more - it doesn't hurt when I breathe in or out, I can
exercise
pretty much normally, my
breathing
isn't catchy, and have no clear signs of temperature, coughing or excessive mucus, or more tightness and breathlessness than usual.

I had a major heart attack in February followed by two cardiac arrests, thankfully while I was still in hospital. I had to have a CRT-D (pacemaker with defibrillator) implanted. I’ve been recovering since then and am keen to learn from the experience of others who have been through something similar

Improve lifestyle to improve outcomes - sleep & mouth tape
Sleep has been one of my biggest challenges because mine has been poor due principally to anxiety, diagnosed mild sleep apnea and quite possibly other reasons. I appreciate good sleep is so important to many functions of the body not just the heart, so.... First I spent an hour in the evenings before
