Hello, just looking for a chat. Health anxiety is building and building again. No reason really, slightest twinge and I am having to do breathing exercises. Now stupidly just finished dinner got indegestion and have found myself searching up spleen diseases and what the pain means rather than just admitting it's trapped wind!! Still unpanicked enough to think I would rather come on here and chat and just talk to you guys. This is good. Some control.

That happens to me a lot too. Especially when I’m brushing my teeth or drinking water from a glass, it feels like I can’t breathe. Then, I have to do breathing exercises to calm my nerves.
I hope the wave has come to an end but in either case- you’re on here which is a great step. I pride you for that

Well done and keeping some calm and coming on here rather than googling stuff...,I know this isn’t easy!
I’ve been googling today about iodine deficiencies and seem to have decided this is what I was going to spend my day worrying about today😕! On the days I don’t google anything, I feel better.
Whenever I feel a twinge now, I try to meditate rather than jump straight online....obviously that’s not worked well for me today, but I had a few good days last week and I didn’t google a thing! I really need to step away from Dr Google for the sake of my health anxiety!
Oh well done for the meditation. I do this to and have for about 6 months, took a while to get into but now.... Such a help. Dr Google is such an annoyance!! I feel like a different person doing it... I just can't help it. I'm sorry you had a bad day today, guess they just happen some times. Hope tomorrow is better for you xx
