What I find is these supplements made by some reputed pharma companies are off the shelf, though these are available in limited quantity made by some Indian pharma companies which I never heard off..for example, Limcee chewable tablets made by Abbott is not be seen anywhere in India since March 2020..

If you eat some fruits in moderate quantity with every meal, you get your Vitamin C quota- Kiwi, strawberry, lemon , orange, papaya, tomato, capsicum, plum, Amla.... ..and many more... Apart from vitamin C, these fruits have many phyto nutrients, minerals which help you enhance your immunity.
If you expose your body in sunlight every alternate day for 20-30 mnts from your Terrance or roof between 11 AM to 2 PM, you get enough vitamin D. .
If you take carrot, pumpkin , spinach ... You get beta carotene which gives vitamin A....
If you take Almonds and Peanuts on a daily basis , your vitamin E quota is taken care of. These don't spike your blood glucose...
