Heart fluttering - strange feeling in my chest
On Friday 03/07/20 was working when I felt my heart fluttering it started in the left side of my chest. It was really strange, could not put it to words how it felt. I was heating up, so I stood up left my desk and laid down on my bed for approximately 20 minutes then after that exact time everything

My neuropathy has decreased that It's barley noticeable at times. Stress and inactivity increases it though.
I noticed major change in increasing my
exercise
regimen followed by ice baths, cold therapy and
breathing
exercises. More stretching, also the shoulders en spine decompression by hang therapy. What I'm trying to do is increase blood flow and the nerves ability to glide better by stretching.

31℃ In Manchester!
Hiya everybody... It’s been so hot the past 2 days here in Manchester & I’m finding it hard to cope. Constant headache, dehydrated & extra fatigued.. I’m drinking plenty of water and carrying out breathing exercises but it’s too hot for me. 🥵 Is anybody else affected by the heat/sun? #staysafe

Not Sleeping
Keep experiencing nights where I wake up at 2am and then can’t sleep again till 5am. When I can’t sleep I get all worked up and end up in tears panicking at the fact that I can’t sleep. My boyfriend tries to calm me down by doing breathing exercises which works for a while but then my mind spirals into

Breathlessness
I often get a feeling that is like I cant get a deep breath. I have had a lung function test and chest x ray and everything came back as normal. It can come and go as well. I can be fine for a few weeks then for no reason that I can think off it comes back. I was given breathing exercises to do which

Me again 😊
Now 3 years later I am me again , I love life and I love being me , don’t get me wrong I have bad days sometimes but I am off all meds and I get through them with mindfulness , deep
breathing
, yoga and
exercise
reading the cbt therapy that I had done during that time helps too .

Asthma vs Anxiety vs Breathing Pattern Disorders
Hi all It’s a very stressful time at the moment, with some people shielding, others worried about work and how to apply the new rules and regs, and still others struggling with after effects of covid etc etc. There are a million and one things people may be anxious over and stressing about right now

Breathing exercises.
Do any of you do breathing exercises to help with COPD? If so and if they help with wheezing and shortness of breath can you suggest where I can find some. Lots of sites on Internet but which to choose? Thanks.

It's been a while but getting back on track....
Hi folks, hope everyone is doing OK and keeping safe. I haven't posted for a while and thought it was time to catch up. For a while now I have been really struggling in a few ways as I am sure most of us have been in our current situation. I am sure however that better times are on the way. However..

Update on mum’s AVR
Hi me again, Just a little update on how my mum is doing after her AVR. Hard to believe this time last week she was in theatre having the operation. I arrived at mum and dad’s house on Friday to stay and help my dad look after her. She had messaged to say she may be coming home that day, but her heart

Struggling to breathe for 2 months - unsure what to do?
Hi there, Really sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this and for the long post but I am desperate for any help. I’m a 23 year old who has never really had breathing issues. Late March I began to have a flu/cold - had a cough, started struggling to breathe, had headaches and generally felt very unwell

Constant shortness of breath/chest weakness anxiety?
Hi all, I've had a lot of health issues over the last few years, culminating in a chronic breathing issue that has gradually gotten worse in the past 2 years. Recently though, I had a slight improvement after under-taking some breathing exercises and using a 'Breather' device. But in the past 5-6 days
