Having panic attacks in the morning are the worst. Just woke up and suddenly I feel my chest compress and feeling week. I got up and got some tea, did some breathing exercises and talk to my self to make me feel positive to calm down. My heart beat was over the top... not sure why since I just woke up. Maybe I’m unconsciously worried. I have mu daughter watching Mickey Mouse and eating cereal so I can be able to relax peacefully.
Having anxiety and panic attacks are so hard. When I calm down I will go out and jog for a while.

I know what you mean. At night, it's hard for me to sleep because I am shaky. Then when I get up in the morning, I'm still shaky and weak with my heart racing. Your jog should help. I started doing yoga and meditation. It helps. I am aiming to do it at least three times a day though.
That’s the crazy thing about anxiety and panic attacks. Sometimes they’re just lurking around the corner waiting come out. I had to remind myself every morning NOT to try and find my symptoms (hope that makes sense). I’d wake up and “look” for my heart racing/ thumping/nausea and I’d start to have my negative thought spiral.
I have to continue it repeat “it is what it is” and do my best to move on. I like to try and go for walks first thing in the mornings.
So true... that’s what I was trying to do. Every time I try not to find any symptoms but my subconscious is thinking about it. Thats why I always run in the mornings, so I can let it go.
