Statin doses?
I take 20mg of Rosuvastatin daily and my cholesterol and Hdl are very good. My doctor prescribed 20mg a day but I heard from a friend that its better to take at least 40mg a day as statins keep the vessels pliable and dont just help with cholesterol reduction. I dont like the side effects of statins

The digestive and nutritional benefits of Dill
This may be thought a bit off topic but actually, it isn't as iron, folate, B vitamins, magnesium, potassium and glutathione are often discussed on the forum . Dill is my favourite herb - the aroma always takes me back long ago to a visit to Ireland made with my mother and a wonderful meal cooked and

7th Heaven
Thank goodness wk6 is done. After the euphoria of wk5r3 I found wk6 a hard slog - but thankfully it’s done and out of the way. After a nice weekend away wk7 awaits. I was hoping to take my running clobber away with me, but pesky airline hand luggage restrictions put paid to that idea. Shame because

Regarding HDL
Hi, I just got my whole body checkup done and got some good results. My current hba1c is 5.9 (Detected at 7.8 last year) without any allopathic meds. Cholestrol and all parameters seem good. Only concern is my HDL is low i.e 134 . I dont want to take fish till september. Anything else that can be helpful
