I have hashimoto (antibodies both above 1000)

My latest result is

Tsh 4.01 (range 0.2-4)

Free t4 10.6 (range 7-16)

Free t3 6.1 ( range 3.3-7.2)

Vitamin d 21.4 (range 30-100)

Ferritin 59.2 (range 24 -300)

Vitamin b12 480 (range 180-914)

Folic acid 13.6 (range 5.9-24)

I take complex b 50 before i take my colic acid had 5

The endo say i subclinical ,i feel tiredness

Foggi brain ,headaches, muscle pain,muscle jumps

My questions is:

1.anyone familer with range ft4 7-16 .its look stupid to me?

2.my ft4 low and ft3 high so its mean my convert t4 to t3 works good?

3.i read a lot of post here and any result i see .ft4 10.6 comes woith tsh between 20-100. Why my tsh is only 4?

B7 ( biotin ) in your B complex can mess up your blood test. You need to stop taking it about 5 days before a blood test.

Just the scale of ft4 (7-16) look stupid to me

And the relatasion between ft4 to the look not sense to me

Ihad folic acid 5 (range 5.5-24) so i start taking supplemenet complex b 50

My lab's range is 7-17. We also see 9-19 and 12-22 frequently on the forum.

Is the unit of measurement ng/ml or nmol/L. It will make a difference to how deficient you are.

Are you supplementing with D3, and it's important cofactors Vit K2-MK7 and magnesium?

Ferritin 59.2 (range 24 -300)

Are you doing anything to raise your ferritin level? It is too low, it should be around half way through range.

Ft4 10.6 i know that its low . but with tsh 4.01 i am not sure if my endo give me levo
