Frequent waking in the night

Has anyone found this to be a problem of under medication or adrenal related? For me it’s something that’s getting worse 😩

A few months ago I could sleep through the night just fine and now I am waking around 5 times a night most nights and waking up early too. Is this something that corrects with optimal meds? It’s horrid!

I’ll add- I am addressing cortisol issues (high am cortisol) and take cherry juice at night, magnesium, 5htp, benenox but nothings helping me get a long stretch of sleep..

Advice please 😴😴

Yes it’s a common problem for me - the first sign that I’m wandering too far from my preferred set point. Sometimes I can get a temporary improvement by rearranging - taking Levo or NDT or T3 last thing at night. But I take no supplements and rely totally on dose change having had a bad experience with supplements in the past. Usually a dose increase is necessary. Good luck x

I too am having issues but no answers sorry. I am unsure if the supplements are helping as well correcting my gut and adrenals. I wonder if no one is answering because you didnt tag thyroid or adrenals?
