Good list. Processed oats, which we commonly find in supermarket shelves are not good, they are too high on GI.


Yes. Oats i don't take and recommend but if someone's bs remains under control after eating oats one should take it for its high fiber content. Whole oats rather than processed and grinded ones should be taken.
