Azathoprine caused Liver Cirrhosis!!!
However, recently my blood platelets started dropping and I was given a liver ultrasound where I was told it felt stiff with scarring but then following a liver
biopsy
my results were ‘liver cirrhosis’ !!

What are your symptoms of regenerative nodular hyperplasia and is it worth doing a CT scan?
It appears this has a lot of cirrhosis symptoms but is very difficult to diagnose (only a specialised form of
biopsy
can do so, from what I'm reading?). I've had an MRI (found 2 liver lesions and a bleeding on the spleen?)

Newly Transplanted Kidney
They said they would wait a couple of weeks to see if there any signs of infection or rejection and if yes, they will do a
biopsy
to try and figure things out. Dialysis may be necessary. Regarding drugs, they have to be very careful with tacrolimus levels.

ELF Test
accurate, I had a fibro scan in March 2023 CAP 272 KPA 12.8 IQR 12%, he says I have NAFLD because all my bloods are normal, I don't drink at all now but was only a occasional drinker when I did at social events, the other consultant has agreed that he believes its NAFLD but says I will need a liver

Can you 'demand' Tocilizumab for GCA?
Bit of a nightmare but finally got a GCA diagnosis in early April after a temporal
biopsy
(steroids raised to 60mg before
biopsy
). This was reduced to 55mg after seeing rheumatologist on 19 April with blood readings again 'normal'.

In February 2023 I was also diagnosed with Barrett’s oesophagus, a
biopsy
showed some precancerous growth that has been surgically removed - I have 1 last day procedure to remove any remainder.

hypo feet?
Having the joy of psoriasis and now eczema, that’s another story, I had a
biopsy
on one foot and it’s come up negative for either of them nor is it a fungus.

After blood results, so many new things.
We're "keeping an eye on the head pain" which usually starts after a taper and then settles back down, although I don't have GCA according to
biopsy
, ophthamology and the powers that be. A slight rant.

Prefibrotic Myelofibrosis and I hate Hydroxyurea (HU)
After bone marrow aspiration and
biopsy
, diagnosis changed to prefibrotic myelofibrosis. HU had brought platelets down to 270 but I suffered from very bad side effects. Dr didn’t want to change med or dosage. I resisted He finally agreed to 3x a week.

Not shocked in the least
A fibroscan in the doctors office that was terrible, and finally, a
biopsy
that showed mild NASH. Now, I doubt that 20 years of statins are not an insignificant factor.....but let's be honest here.

DH- dermatitis herpetiformis- So my antibiotics have finished 1 week ago & my scalp has returned to unbelieveably itchy so soon after?
Not sure how I am going to cope all week until my
biopsy
results in a weeks time? Then it’s reality time - if it’s positive so do I really have to live forever with such pain- it just makes my life miserable?

Recurrence with shockingly high CA-125
They had taken my CA-125 and if I recall it was about 1200 but when I started getting treatment (they drained me of about 10 litres of fluids, did more tests at another hospital, had to wait for the
biopsy
etc so only started chemo in May 2017).
