Early on with my cancer diagnosis I had a needle core biopsy of my left hip confirming metastatic carcinoma, favoring prostate as primary . The immunohistochemical results are CK AE1/AE3. A1. positive. NKX3.1. A1 positive. PSA. A1 positive. weak other than these numbers confirm I have cancer do they indicate any thing else about my cancer . I have gone round and round with this trying to understand my cancer. My diagnosis (prostate Adenocarcinoma ,dx 1/6/22 stage IV, widespread bone Metastasis base line PSA 1316,,I have been on degarelix abiraterone with prednisone for the last 16 months. I am doing fine with a PSA of .014 but still I think there is something in that damed pathology report I am not seeing. yess my old wooden sail boat is going in then water may 22 and then in July I am off for a long cruise up the coast of Maine... I will leave all this behind but,I will send you all some pictures.

"do they indicate anything else about my cancer "? No. Those are the typical protein markers for prostate cancer. There is nothing you're not seeing. Enjoy your trip!
