Relief with melatonin
Hi I have been taking melatonin 3mg for a few days and have been able to sleep pretty much the whole night I hope this continues God willing and I'm suggesting that others who have not tried melatonin try it as well. Melatonin is over the counter the brand that I take is Nature's Bounty. Hope it works

Melatonin use.
Hi. Does anyone on here use melatonin. My gp and pharmacist have stopped a lot of my meds for pain and sleep due to their new policy on addictive drugs. I have been on drugs like these most of my life and am 58. If you use it, does it work and where do you order it from.

Using melatonin during IVF stimulation?
Does anyone here have experience of using melatonin during stimulation, as recommended in the book It all Starts with the Egg (Rebecca Fett, 2014) ? Frozen berries are also great
I am a big fan now of frozen berries, especially as the English berry season is coming to a finale. Berries pack so much goodness and frozen berries offers a great way to continue to include them as other times of the year whilst still getting the nutritional benefit. My current selection include sour

Hi, I’m new here.

Hello, recently I've had quite a bit of trouble getting to sleep. as soon as I close my eyes my brain starts thinking of everything that could possibly happen, like a fire, an intruder bursting through my door etc. It hasn't gotten much worse but it hasn't gotten better either. Can’t sleep at all
Hi everyone.. I’ve been feeling so down and tired all because I don’t sleep anymore at night. I’ve got an anxiety disorder and medication for it. Cymbalta 60mg and Xanax 0.5mg. I never take Xanax for sleeping (only take it when I get anxiety) so I’ve been taking melatonin every night and it’s stopped
