High T3 and low body temperature?

Hey, thyroid friends! Im a bit lost about my symptoms and las blood work. Any advice and idea will be welcome.

I was on 50mcgt4/15mcgt3 and was feeling anxious and heart symptoms described below and go down to 25mcgt4/10mcgt3. For the last 10 days I decided to go t3 only (back to 15 mcg). And after those testing days did blood work again.

My waking up temperature is around 36.3 celsius but I feel jittery, heart pounding and rapid heart rate, especially at nigh. This is my blood exams from last Thursday:

Sodium: 143 (136 to 145 mEq/L)

Potassium: 4,5 (3,5 to 5,1 mEq/L)

Magnesium: 2,1 (1,6 to 2,6 mg/dL)

Transferrin: 214 (200 to 360 mg/dL)

Serum iron: 97 (59 to 170 ug/dL)

Ferritin: 42,6 (11 to 306,8 ng/mL)

%saturation: 33 (20 to 50%)

TIBC: 195 (250 to 450bug/dL)

TSH: 0,01 (0,34 to 5,60 uUI/mL)

T3: 2,35 (0,70 to 2,04 ng/mL)

Free T4: 0,42 (0,54 to 1,48 ng/dL)

Serum cortisol: 10,8 (6,70 to 22,60 ug/dL)

I realized my cortisol is in the low part of the range, but it was lower (3,6) a few months back and seem to be improving since I began to take melatonin. I did a salivar test in august but I dont think is a good one because results came without a range and only that values should be less than x. For what a read is kind of useless. I dont really know.

You need to be taking a consistent dose for around 6 weeks before blood tests yours have only been 10 days. It's mostly patience with the thyroid it takes time.

I have changed my dose recently had a bad batch of NDT and started on T3 only but I am waiting 6 weeks before testing.

The body takes time to catch up.
