I am a big fan now of frozen berries, especially as the English berry season is coming to a finale. Berries pack so much goodness and frozen berries offers a great way to continue to include them as other times of the year whilst still getting the nutritional benefit. My current selection include sour cherries (amazing for joint pain and melatonin regulation), blueberries and raspberries both of which I can add to my homemade granola packed with nutrient powerhouses like pistachios and flax seeds. You can also whip them up with some kefir for a probiotic delight for your gut.
