Running too slow?
Hi Everyone, I am recovering from
binge
eating
I have had a lot of relapses, due to which I am not able to stay consistent with my running. Before I had this
binge
eating
disorder, I used to run at a speed of 7. Now I am having issues even running at the speed of 5.3.

Mammoth gain after a relaxed weekend.
Not great choices, but a far cry from the mindless
binge
eating
I used to indulge in. I expected a gain, but not the huge 8lbs increase I'm seeing on the scales.Feeling low, hard done by and almost like I want to punish myself (for my choices which led to this gain) by binging.

Pure misery, trying to avoid emotional eating/binge eating
I posted on a thread a while ago and got some very helpful comments and messages. I'm two weeks on. I am doing better eating wise : I'm making better choices and taking things one hour at a time. The problem I am having is being so desperately unhappy with my weight, especially the fat around my middle

Two-Week Checkpoint: No Progress
This might be a sign of health but it troubles me at unintentional
binge
eating
times like this. It maintains my weight because I have sports practice a few days a week. I realize if I stop snacking at night/on weekend mornings, I will lose weight HARD because my practices are hard!!

Binge eating disorder
It seems this particular channel is not very busy. I wondered if anyone still reads on this one and if they have any experience with the same problem. I have found a very nice podcast about it called "The Dr. Nina show" that I think is helpful. It is weird being a male with an eating disorder... It

Struggling.. Again
Then I get a blip and completely fall off and screw up with
eating
. And I've relapsed into
binge
eating
for comfort. Except its onlt instant gratification then I'm miserable again and feel worse cuz I've binged. I want to be accountable so I'm thinking about rejoining My fitness pal.

add injury to my misery
I have had RLS for around 40 years. I was on ropineral for about 20 years and was taken off by Dr. B around 3 years ago. I tried methadone ( didn’t like the drug hangover), oxycodone ( worked fairly well for about 8 months) and am now on Buprenorphine/Naloxone sublingual film 1/5 or 1/4 of a film in

Why Self Care is so important in managing your IBS…
My story starts with having being diagnosed with IBS seven years ago and I will have to be honest, it hasn't been an easy journey so far. However, for the past three months I have successfully kept my IBS symptoms at bay through Self Care. I will explain a little later what I mean by 'Self Care' but

Buprenorphine Sublingual Tablets and journey to recovery
With amazing support here and guided to a GP that heard me and helped with Buprenorphine. Then saw a doctor at the Alcohol and Drug Clinic which went very well, delighted to see and hear about how the medication is helping me. Four months ago to now, I am a totally different person. Mentally and physically

Self sabotage
I’ve just started reading posts again after years off. Someone said something negative on a thread & I couldn’t face opening myself up to more of the same. I find that every time I start to make progress, I shoot myself in the foot. If I lived alone, I could just not have stuff in the house. As it is

Loss of weight and appetite
Hi All, as you know I have now been on buprenorphine tablets (low dose) for 10 months with HUGE success.I have recently flown 11 hours from Heathrow to Arizona with NO RLS. My legs did go crazy for my first few days in the US until I worked out the time difference. My question is has anyone lost weight
