Hi everyone so since I hit 29 my body composition has completely gone , I have gained a load of inner and outer thigh fat and a lot on the sides and backs of my thighs and loose stubborn fat on the backs of my calves aswell but everywhere else is slim its really affecting me physically and mentally with me being able to move around and with me being able to be happy and I'm trying to lose the fat but am unsure on what foods to eat for it and what to do to acheive this and shrink my thigh fat and leg fat is anyone able to help it has now given me body dismorphia and a restrictive to binge eating disorder I don't want to be like this for the rest of my life it's horrible and the stress it is causing me and my body is unreal it has even stopped my monthly cycle because I'm so stressed about it .

Dear Worrier29,
Unfortunately, we have no say where our body distributes fat, nor where we lose it from, we can only be mindful with our food intake and exercise. I'm sorry it's affected you so badly and would urge you to get professional advice.
This is a peer to peer support forum for weight loss, we are not qualified to give advice to someone with an eating disorder and no matter how well-intentioned our advice may be, we could be putting your health at risk if we get it wrong.
There is a charity called BEAT that specialises in eating disorders beateatingdisorders.org.uk/... , they, or your doctor/dietitian will be able to point you in the best direction.
