I can’t stop binge eating... help
I don’t know who else to talk to and am brand new to this platform, but I have a horrible habit of
binge
eating
before my period. To be honest it’s recently turned into an “all the time” thing rather than just before my period. I can’t stop eating in the evening.

Acryamide and asparagine levels in common foods
I've just been listening to the news that cafes in Caifornia are now having to warn their customers about the levels of acryamide in their coffee. Apparently the roasting process of the coffee beans is to blame. Counter intuitively, the darker the roast and the fresher the coffee, the lower the levels

Why Vegans Get Cancer
I promised Hidden that if I have bad news for vegans then I would shout it from the tree-tops and that's what I am going to do today. Why did I promise this? Because I was accused of spreading propaganda that vegan is best, vegans are great, that meat & dairy is bad, blah blah blah. Whatever, I try

I had nothing but processed foods today. I know they say to take it easy and not to starve yourself of your favorites but god I did horrible today. I am in a good mood, but boy am I in need of a serious exercise session. Good news is I won’t be working overtime this coming week so I will have time to

Hearing therapist visit
I’ve been to see my hearing therapist today. I’m lucky I only had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment, but I’ve been seeing her on and off for 18 years. I’ve had a hearing test that shows my left ear (noisiest one) is heading towards profound in not picking up speech. My hearing aids are 12 years old

Help with exercise and anorexia
Hi, This is my first post here having just come out of inpatient treatment. It went unbelievably well and I really felt like I had turned a corner but when I got home my obsession with exercise started again, as did my restriction and binge/purging. Not badly but enough to really scare me. I've sorted

I'm new here, but I'm 16 and I have been suffering from anorexia for the past 2 years
I've also taken up the terrible habit of
binge
eating
1-2 times a week, where I'd eat around 5000 calories a day... maybe even more. It was in July that I was 108 pounds or 49 kgs when I first decided to lose weight, and I'm around 5'1 or 157cm.

Seeking advice...possible ED?
I've never been that comfortable with my body and self image and i lost a lot of weight due to fasting and limiting food intake around 5 years ago but never got a ED diagnosis or went to doctor, just gradually started to improve and eat more due to family pressuring me to do so. However, about 9 months

Winter Blues
Struggling a lot with anxiety, depression, and
binge
eating
lately. Had a really healthy summer---really focused on myself, exercised 2-3x/week, at healthy foods, no
binge
eating
and rarely ate sweets. Now that winter is here it's like a trigger has switched in my head.

Living with Tinnitus
I’ve had tinnitus for over 35 years. It started a with a bad ear infection and never went. At the time I was told to live with it. At 23 years old I felt my life was over. But things did improve. Over the years it settled down and I never heard it until I got pregnant and then it was back so loud. After
