diazepam for sleep

been Polly drugged years depression . got.of most left in diazepam for sleep. was ok now not . severe constipation need loads extra laxatives plus senna as now bloating on eggs carbs wheat chocolates , gkuten wheat yeast free stuff . anything fatty greasy fatty stools or float. never did before. elastaise ok . no weight loss . gastro just said taje everyday 8 plus senna . alwats had slow bowel transit due to meds sleep not as good but better than nothing . no blood detected in poo. i have been binge eating crap. but not diabetic . tried ti come off them 3 x but 1st symotom horrendous pain awful eating chills sweats agrogrophobia cortisol surges legs arms everywhere in night byt couldn't stand pain eating so up dosed . was fine ages . gp said sorry this has happened . I could eat fatty things before and never got fatty stool or oil slick..water .bloods all ok. elaistaise ok no weight loss . gastro no clue. gp says stay as am or try taper again. dont want to go.out, see anyone do anything . pjs most days . can just about watch tv . no laugh joy . live alone 75 two caring kids live not far blessed to have them . i try tell them things but fed up hearing it. I do see son sometimes and he has taken me out if i feel up to it . it all started when i smoked after non for years . for 4 months 2 3 a day . had 2 big anxiety attacks pacing. hasnt happened since . stopped now 5 months no change. on an a.d which helped was out and about , before smoked, then all this started . fb group said yes smoking ramped up their symptoms i do have slow bowel transit years due to meds , so always laxatives but not this much . thinking if in tolerance diaz affected bowels etc. not diabetic ..bloat eggs carbs sugar basucally but if just chicken veg no bloating but still need 8 movicol plus senna. .
