First stone gone !
Well I've done the 1st .......... 1 of many ...... I'm now 16 - 7 1/4 .......... But boy am I grumpy today !! I was stupid stupid stupid last night, a whole bag of Jameson's chocolate toffees & a whole block of Ritter sports chocolate !!! For someone who has 'quit sugar ' it's laughable .... Why ?

I'm looking for some consolation here. I'm eating well and staying well within requirements for weight loss . But it seems to be a very slow process. At best I'd lose 1.5 lbs week. Confused
Things seem to be going well for me but this week I have felt a bit confused with it all :-( I overate on Sunday and thought I would make up for it yesterday by having less than 1000 calories but I was feeling tired most of the day. I put it down to lack of proteins so I started to look into the LCHF

Constant loud ringing in ear
My husband has a constant loud ringing in his ear and terrible headaches on the same side. He only has 15% hearing in the same ear. Hearing test performed at work. He's seen multiple Drs no help.

Week 7 on the 12 week plan weight loss 18lbs !

This week: weight change + 1.25 waist change 0 1764cal/day 55min activity/day Disappointing to say the least. I had a disasterous week on bike bike: two punctures and a tyre blow-out. I only managed 2 gym sessions because of it. Looking back over the last 6 weeks my weight loss seems to go in
