A return to sad news
In March I caught the dreaded covid, then bad news followed by a family
bereavement
meant that my priorities have been elsewhere. I never completely stopped running, but only 1-2 km at a time.

I have finally done it!!
I had saved todays run as a release after a family
bereavement
. It felt so good just to get out there and let the stress melt away. It was a grey but dry morning and just being on my own felt like the best tonic. I cannot recommend this programme enough and I would promote it as a wellness boost.

Have been away for nearly three weeks after a family
bereavement
. I thought I would have to go back to week 6 and just give it a go but started the final run of week7. I was amazed that I finished the run and the distance covered was 3.2 Km which is about what I was doing before!!

**Sensitive** Update: Viability Scan
My lovely
bereavement
midwife decided to come along too, so it was a little nerve wrecking at first being so 'vulnerable' in front of 3 other people but I was too nervous to even think about it. It took some pushing and poking but she found the little precious blob.

Insomnia
There could be another reason for the insomnia as I suffered a
bereavement
and now live alone and have always slept badly when only person in house but thinking back I was sometimes having difficulty sleeping from the beginning of covid when I was not alone but it is so much worse now.

Another jeffing PB
I decided to jeff it as a family illness and subsequent
bereavement
had eaten into training time. The downslope on my Strava fitness graph was scary! It was my first attempt at the half marathon distance since lockdown. I did 5 minutes run / 2 minutes walk and got round in 2:42:00.

I also need to deal with
bereavement
having recently lost three people who were important to me. I feel I have receded within myself and am willingly becoming reclusive. Normally communicative for the first time in my life I am finding communication difficult.

Partially cos I had other things to train for, partially due to a pretty traumatic
bereavement
. Until 2 weeks ago, I hadn't run since early March. I was smoking about 30 a day, not doing much walking and generally not being very kind to myself.

Victoria Sponge....healthy or not i dont care...
Today i made a Victoria Sponge for the first time in over 4 years, and before i was overcome with
bereavement
i used to make dozens of various cakes to give away. I am so glad i am now getting my mojo back, and getting my cooking hat on again as it's something i actually find relaxing.

Jaw pain
After discussing my current situation and asking if I had had a
bereavement
or a lot of stress ( i recently lost my beloved German Shepherd very suddenly), told me tmj can be brought on by stress etc. Advised soft food, soft massage, anti inflammatory, and showed me gentle exercise.

Raised hormone levels
and then I can wake up one day and I know I am back on my 3 week good period Basically I would like to know if anyone else struggles with this sort of cmedical cycle and if so do they think it relates to either thyroid or parathyroid gland At the moment I am being tagged as depressive and linked to

Depression/Stress affecting performance
I had work related stress in the past and reacted badly to a
bereavement
. I was given prozac once then sertraline both stopped me being able to get a full erection or ability to climax.
