Very recent
bereavement
, plus some family stressors, and I feel like I'm going backwards! Have hit a wall of fatigue again, plus low mood, as well as the ongoing lethargy and aches.

New bereavement group member. Trigger warning.
Didn’t think I would need a
bereavement
group. My brother was killed three days ago. He was 58 and left behind a daughter who is nine. It is under investigation but is being called a domestic dispute and murder/suicide. There is a possibility that there was a third person involved.

Remembering Jimmy Last Picture Memorial Service
Pictured are Christine the Volunteer Coordinator, Rusty the

The sickness rules applied to bereavement.
I had my beloved black Labrador, Paddy put to sleep yesterday afternoon the grief is beyond monumental at the moment. I normally take 4.5 Prednisolone but with the immense stress of the day before yesterday and yesterdays ordeal I have been taking an extra 5mg making it 9.5mg for the last two days.

Bereavement counselling
I lost my wonderful hubby in September, 3 weeks after his diagnosis of Oesophageal cancer. I'm devastated 💔. I also lost nephew 3 weeks ago, I was with him when he passed. I've gone back to work trying to get on with things. I had my first Counselling session on Friday. I had to go back to the Hospice

Jimmy's Still Making News ❤️
Yesterday the
bereavement
counselor stopped my to ask if I'll speak at it. Share my story of losing Jimmy and how I'm learning to deal with it. I told him I could talk but not without crying but he said that's fine. ❤️❤️❤️

Update
I have had the vaccinations The article states: Infections, traumatic injuries or sudden shocks such as
bereavement
or a period of high stress can trigger the onset of polymyalgia rheumatica.

We also had a significant family
bereavement
(my young nephew died) and another
bereavement
all in the same year. My family have been struggling so much due to grief, that they are all not talking at the moment. It's a horrible situation.

After years of yoyo-dieting, I'm trying something new
I'd always been a healthy weight but I'd had a
bereavement
in 2006 and ended up gaining more than 6st. I didn't know it then, but I had just began a journey of starve and binge, all or nothing. A journey of becoming obsessed with food: what I could eat. What I should avoid.

Palpitations ruining my quality of life
I have had a lot of stress in the last two years -
bereavement
, illness, and moving house again, but I am annoyed as I have always managed to keep on top of things. However, I have recently been blighted with constant palpitations from which I can get no rest.
