OCD depression and valium
For years I have struggled with OCD but for a long time now I found I can carry on by taking a valium to numb the pain. When my husband died two years ago we moved and while I kept busy I was ok Then we ran out of money to do up the house so I started going away to keep busy visiting friends and relatives

On Withdrawal Effects
I stopped drinking coffee for two days and I got a horrendous headache. It took a day or two to dissipate. Headaches are a common withdrawal effect of caffeine. On a similar note, I'd been taking 1MG of Klonopin, a moderate dose of a popular anti-anxiety drug (in the same class as Xanax, Valium, Ativan

Please recommend an iron supplement - thanks
I'm having my ferritin tested next week and it looks as if I will be ferritin deficient again. I've got a prescription for ferrous fumarate, but I'm happy to pay for something easier to take and more effective. The last time I had this issue, it took me five years to get my ferritin up from16 to 102

Hello all. My hubby has been diagnosed with bvFTD and we believe that the last five years he has been misdiagnosed with depression. Why suddenly SOB?
Hi All I've not written in for a while as i firmly believe that if you have nothing intelligent to say, don't open your mouth. For those who remember i was diagnosed COPD just over 3 months ago, stopped smoking 3 months ago but had a reaction to quitting within 48 hours. That reaction actually lasted

Full blood results raised TSH several highlighted results high b12. Have a look and see what you think?
Hello Full blood results for all you clever people. TSH is raised and antibodies are low. I suspect I've been a bit thyroid odd for a long time but just got on with it and not found it too bad. My mum is also borderline underactive but again, copes with it. I started in March with sudden hair loss,

Some assistance with interpretation please?
Since mid March I have been taking 125 Levo and 10 t3 after talking endo into a trial. Feeling much much better. Lost nearly a stone in weight so far (Slimming World - working hard at it) and felt energetic enough to start yoga and Tai Chi. Take ferrous sulphate instead of the other iron supplement
