Hiya if your skin is not too sore it works for a short while.it is certainly worth a try and the warm water helps relax muscles anyway.good luck

I have been told that it's really good for you and it helps a lot for chronic pain. Another way to use it is to damp the salts down and then pack the painful area with them and leave on as long as you can. That's what one of the pain specialists told me. It's worth a try but I haven't yet so maybe if you do it I'll do it !

I have been suffering from pudendal nerve pain for a few months. I was advised epsom salt baths by an Osteopath. I soak in a bath with E S for at least 15 mins last thing at night. My pain has certainly reduced dramatically but I have at the same time been taking vit B complex and doing squat exercises. Its certainly worth a try.Good luck.

Epsom Salts is magnesium and works very well on muscular pain and is a muscle relaxant though not sure about nerve pain. I use E S in the bath, use a magnesium spray on my joints and take oral magnesium by mouth with good effect on my blood pressure too. Do a quick search on google, it is an excellent natural product.
