Withdrawal symptoms of Ferrous Sulfate
Hi Everyone, I was taking Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg 10 days ago for iron deficiency anemia. I took 1 tablet each for 2 days and then 2 tablets each of the next 3 days. From the 2nd day on wards I was having a lot of difficulty breathing, which I didn't realise then. Took a total of 8 tablets over 5 days

Mood Swings- epidural
Has any of you experienced mood swings irritability and feeling angry after epidural steroid? Does this pass, as it is not making pain better. Any thoughts about having a valium? To manage mood in short term?

Cold Turkey and Reality
I was on both anti-anxiety meds and SSRI's for several years (for anxiety and depression) and if you want to get off of them—I can confirm—you need a SLOW TAPER. The difference between discontinuing "cold turkey" and "tapering off slowly" is a reduction of UNPLEASANT feelings. It's also common sense

Well Gals & Guys, here we all go once again ?
This latest "post" is intended to inform, and share my medical experience's with all of my fellow UK Cmt sufferers, via the 'Health-Unlocked' UK's website ! We are always being repeatedly told by our own individual 'Health-Professionals' (Doctors-Neurologists etc), that Cmt only effects, and results

Can anyone help got some blood results but struggling to get any help!
Hi, I saw a locum doctor at my GP practice (over year and half ago) who diagnosed under-active thyroid as I had 3 blood tests which were under the lower level slightly. Since then I have had to argue to get blood test and asked for full thyroid test but given me the results just for TSH, she also did

How Can I Speed Up Successful Pelvic Clitoral Myofascial Treatments w/ Trigger Point Release?
I have had success with myofascial phsio treatments all clitoral. One trigger point is released, pain there gone but the next sharp/burn point appears. It continues to heal and each new spot during treatment includes exposing the restricted myofascial band, releasing the trapped nerve and blood flow

My story so far
Hello Everone, Thank you so much for all the helpful advice and the insight you have all given me into PMR. My story started with aches in my pelvis Dec 2014. Felt stiffness moving from sitting to standing. Over then next few weeks muscles in the groin and at the back of the knees started to get my attention

Raising ferritin levels
Hi, I tried taking ferrous sulphate 200mg tablets with calcium + vit D. This made me feel really sick all the time in spite of taking them with food. I am currently taking ferrous fumarate 210mg tablets with 500mg vit C tablets. I am finding these a little better but not much. Some people on this site
