HI all. thought I'd check out if anyone has experience of this injury. Fell on my knee back in June and had trouble with bending it right back ever since. Can't sit on my heels or kneel on it. It doesn't impede running tho. Any idea how long it takes to heal?

If it's already from June, I think it would be best to let it be checked out. Taken an xray of to see if nothing has shifted or broken and healed improperly?

I missed that it was from June. That's a long time to have suffered from this injury without it being looked at. Have you talked to anyone medical about it? (eg. GP or physio)

Yes, talked on phone to gp after private physio didn't seem to help. Referred to nhs physio.....had 1 appointment 2 months ago....given 1 exercise but again I still can't kneel on it. Can still run, swim and play tennis as knee not in pain by those sports.
