Hi I am new here and hoping to talk to others who suffer like me. I have had chronic almost daily headaches for the past 6/7 years. I have been to my GP and was referred to a neurologist who mainly just tried to medicate me. I have had amitriptyline, propananol and topamax none of which eased the headaches

I feel like I'm going down hill again, I am on a low dose 10mg amitriptyline but it's been 5 weeks now and I did feel great again but the last couple days I'm getting worse, feeling all shakey and got this horrible twitch or muscle spasm just below my left rib and it's been a week and driving me insane

Hereditary Neuropathy
I was diagnosed with PN 10 years ago. It initially started in my hands with tingling and numbness in my index fingers and thumbs. After having the carpel tunnel operation three times on each hand it was decided that I should see a neurologist who after several tests diagnosed hereditary neuropathy.

Can anyone explain my blood test results? (Copied from another post) - please ask if you need to know anything
I've been signed off as unfit for work for 2 weeks with Nerve Pain as I was told the Dr had to "put something" on the medical certificate and she thinks it's nerve related. Told to double and even triple up on my amitriptyline and she's booked me an appointment to see my registered Dr next week to review
