60 seconds is longer than it seems!
I’m overweight and only exercise I do is swimming and water

and I don’t even do those two things consistently. I am trying to get my health and fitness in order but weight loss is a definite goal too.

My food and exercise diary day two.
Didn't do my 15 mins morning
aerobics
. Will try to do 1km extra on my run later instead. 7am-8am breakfast was a cheese and onion toastie. My fave for these cold mornings!

My food and exercise diary day one:
Monday 7am - 8am 15 mins home
aerobics
. Breakfast: one slice of ham, two slices of toast, a tbsp of mustard and 2g of butter (made into a toastie) 260 cals. One Jaffa cake 46 cals. At work - between 10am-11am.

Just had an episode of Acute Renal Failure and feeling quite distressed

From zero to over doing it
This time it was great if you like squats, lunge, squat, lunge punch, kick, squat, plank, lunge etc for an hour of
aerobics
nearly non stop. oh yes a little 10 minutes break for constant ab work. Well I needed it....Cycle home, feel like stretching my legs so go for w4r1 at MAF 140 HR so very slow.

I have been feeling better since my diagnosis of fatty liver, as I became proactive and joined the gym; water

and recumbent bike are my choices. I really watch my diet; no dairy, limited sugar, lean chicken and fish, lots of fruits and veggies, Green Tea, water, etc. Current weight is 138.

and yoga at my local Y! I body surfed waves in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans,etc. Anyway, in 2012 and 2013 I was in Mayo Lung Transplant Center 13 times with gram negative infections....and at home on IV’s 5 times....tough battles!

Getting Below 10 Mgs
I do water
aerobics
2 or 3 times a week, an hour of Tai Chi in a class & other random times when I can and do the exercises the exercise physiologist has given me to strengthen my hips. Am I overdoing it or simply not taking enough pred to control symptoms? I walk like a penguin!
