Here I go ...
I’m not confident enough to be in public dying and struggling to breathe lol so I’ve bought a treadmill to start with, I’m also going to do step
aerobics
and join slimming world. Wish me luck :)

3rd week of my 5-week Running and Workout Plan coming up!
And new workout is the NHS 45min
Aerobics
session. Not sure it will be as fun as the Belly-Dancing, but looking forward to seeing if I can do that. Onwards and upwards. But first, a rest day tomorrow... although I might do some foam rolling sessions. Happy running everyone!

Exercise to Lower Blood Sugar
I do aqua
aerobics
up to five times a week at my gym. It is harder to get space on all the classes I want since lockdown as they are limiting numbers in the pool. My favourite class is Aqua Zumba. When I test my BG straight afterwards, it usually is always lower.

Weight loss
I do aqua
aerobics
twice a week. I swim 20 lengths plus weekly. I work in a primary school so am constantly on my feet. Food wise: I’ve tried weight watchers; I’m on Noom at the moment; I’ve had Hello Fresh rather than the odd takeaway/meal out; I eat lots of fruit/veg; only drink water.

Resuming pre-ablation exercise...how long to wait?
How soon to begin swimming/water
aerobics
after ablation? The EP said after a week I should be able to resume swimming. I've been very active up until my 2nd ablation on the 30th.

Knee swollen at end of week 3 :-(
I have always had dodgy knees (that sometimes crunch if I do lots of stairs, or lots of
aerobics
, which I dont do anymore), but I thought that by warming up, cooling down, wearing proper running shoes with arch support and doing the slow.jogging that I would be OK! Any tips appreciated.

Help, I just can’t run, jog or travel any faster than walking
A one hour
aerobics
class is not too much of a problem for me. I have always wanted to be able to jog but as soon as I move beyond a fast walk I’m gasping. I am female, 66 and fairly fit. I have tried the couch to 5k a few times but can’t seem to get beyond day 3. Any tips please?

Set back. Day 4.
I dragged myself over to the pool and did my usual water
aerobics
. I slept so well last night. Miracle. Off to have more blood tests. And wait. Wait. Wait. I am feeling your love. What a fabulous support group. THANK YOU.

AGING AND RUNNING
Resistance exercise (such as weightlifting, water
aerobics
and Pilates) as well as general fitness workout sessions will pay dividends, preserving muscle and strength.

I've not liked this Lockdown & I have Type 1.5 Diabetes
I've also missed going to Hydrotherapy, Aqua
Aerobics
for the 50's & over & I've also missed going to the gym. I did have 4x Auto Immune diseases & now I only have 3 according to my new Gastroenterologist. The 4th was Coeliac Disease, which she doesn't think that I have anymore.

I watched the beginner
aerobics
class for about 5 minutes and it does look quite challenging but when you’re at home, the instructor can’t see you so you can modify to suit your own level. There are quite a lot of different classes to choose from.

Early Morning Aching
I also do gentle aqua
aerobics
, short cycling trips and some Tai Chi. Presently my hip is so bad I waddle like a penguin and I can't climb stairs. The worst thing is the aching in my hips and legs which starts around 2 in the morning and keeps me awake. I often get up then and take 5 mgs pred.

Falling into old habits
Work got really busy, so although I was walking a lot more, the evening
aerobics
I had been doing stopped. I was working quite late. I felt too tired to exercise any more. Then the snacks started to creep back in because I was feeling sorry for myself.

Knee Joint Pains after Exercising
Then compliment it with an hour and a half of
aerobics
. Lovely praise music that sends me sweating alot. When I settle down in the course of the day, I feel knee joint pains. I had TAH+BSO last year Feb. Everything out. What might be the cause? Stay safe 🙏🙏🙏

Week 1 run 2
Well I’m new to this and like many others I’ve never really run but used to do
aerobics
years ago. I’m 64 and determined to try. My first run was so hard but I did all 60 sec runs - my legs felt so heavy at the end.
