Bad weather = motivation plummets!
In a few minutes I have to drag myself downstairs to do my
aerobics
! And I will do it! I will *inner voice trying to sound commanding*. Also this colder wetter weather makes you want to reach for warming heavy foods! The winter months are going to be a challenge!

New puppy! New schedule!
After work I do some indoor
aerobics
with him running around trying to lick my face lol. Some of my routine now involves shaking and throwing a toy mid-session! And I manage to squeeze in 30 mins of study time.

Homeopathic Treatment
I have been on long walks, I did my 3x a week
Aerobics
and free weights, I have lost 15 pounds with healthy eating ( 125 pounds now) and feel very normal. I am still a bit weaker than I was before PMR, but I am slowly building up my muscles again.

One year on! My journey!
The couch 2 5k also made me enjoy exercising so I brought myself a manual (cheap) treadmill and I started walking, cycling, swimming doing
aerobics
and using my treadmill too alongside the three 5k runs a week. At work I was ordering smaller and smaller size uniform!

Labs back, would appreciate feedback!
I exercise daily - walking, jogging,
aerobics
, and consider myself fairly fit. So far, I have followed the "eat a little bit of everything" doctrine, but may have to reconsider and go low carb.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO STAY QUIT? (long post sorry)
Some of the exercises can be done at home – for instance, you can rent a DVD for beginner’s yoga, tai chi, or
aerobics
– or maybe even borrow one from the library. And you can always make up your own activities – this is just a starter list of ideas.

What can I do to alleviate severe back pain?
I went back to the gym and aqua
aerobics
at the first opportunity. A few months ago I suspended my gym membership whilst I had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands. I walk my dog every day for about an hour in the forest. That’s my background.

W4 r3 done. But knee pain. Help....
I managed aqua
aerobics
Friday morning . And today have managed a walk, there is no way I'm going to manage a run. Knee says NO.... Gutted is an understatement, really missing the runs. I'm going to rest leg until Monday, and hope that I can start again. Any advise please,

Compression sock hell
I cycle, do 45 minute step classes and
aerobics
and recently have been having to walk to work two miles each way three times a week. I thought I'd give compression socks a go so measured up and got some both times I've tried them I've had pain in my calves.

Self absorbed
We were talking about the aqua
aerobics
class and I said something about ugh wearing a bathing suit and how I know that’s silly and how I was nervous about going to a yoga class for the first time etc. And she said something about not being so self absorbed. She wasn’t being rude or anything.

I love my WOL!
I love doing
aerobics
for 15 mins every morning. Sure, the temptation is there to stay in bed but my body really loves the stretching and moving!

Just blew my diet!
Did lots of exercise, walking, treadmill and
aerobics
. Done my weekend house chores. Decided to watch a film and just felt hungry! So on the spur of the moment decided to treat the kids and I to a Burgerking meal. It's not my usual choice. Expensive food for usually little hunger satisfaction.

Nearly fell off the wagon! But think I'm ok now!
I did running today,
aerobics

Atrial fibrillation & catheter ablation
Just had appt at Cardiology, Southampton and advised that due to my age and being active (nordic walking of 6-7 miles twice a week), gym, aqua
aerobics
and
aerobics
) I am a good candidate for catheter ablation.

Some sort of calf strain?
And bit of
aerobics
? Just not lunges as I think it might be some of those that started it in the first place. So an adaptive work out that doesn't use the calf areas too much. But I think I will have to stop running until I don't feel any issue anymore? Boohoo!
