That wasn't as bad as I expected , although I really slowed down at the end of the last run. It was up the only hill on my usual route. Maybe it was to do with the fact that I did a quite energetic aerobics/HIIT routine this morning. Onwards and upwards anyway.

Well done..not a bad idea to keep other exercise for rest days,especially as the runs get longer. Go you though..hill too!

Sounds like you did well to complete the run. But I would definitely keep any aerobics or HIIT stuff to your rest days, it’ll get you into good habits for when your runs get longer as you’ll need all your energy to fuel yourself.
