newbie struggling with weight loss

Hi, so new to this, looking forward to hearing from others.

Need to lose 4stone, menopausal, recent diagnosed with spinal cord tumour, restricted with types of exercise, no high impact, plus coping with tiredness, & menopausal symptoms. Weight gain increasing, never been this heavy in my life.

Am doing Aqua aerobics, pilates & yoga 4-5x a week, for past 2weeks, still no weight loss. Have good diet.

Not quite sure where to go from here..
