Hi. π week 9 run 1 done. Will be graduating this week end. Visiting friends on the coast . so saving graduation run for the prom π . Very slow though 15 mins mile. But sooo pleased to have got so far. Never exercised/never run!! Now aqua aerobics, yoga, running!!! Loving the changes to my body and stamina. Everything just easier. No weight loss to mention but inches lost! Thank you all. And all this in my sixties. !!

Well done you, age is just a number I'm 65 next week and I graduated yesterday. My mum (who's 86) turns her numbers around, so she's currently 68. I told her it's not quite going to work out when's 89 LOL. Good luck with your next 2 runs.
