Not lost any weight for nearly two months
I do Water
Aerobics
6 days a week for about hour to hour and half, and I work my body very hard. I walk more and ride a bike. I eat healthy smoothie fruit and veg for breakfast, lunch is a banana and salad for evening meal normally with chicken no skin.

Loving to walk.
Have also added aqua
aerobics
to my swimming and going to the gym, I only tried it on Thursday for the first time but I would highly recommend it to people of all ages. So hope that this will all help to get a healthy fitter me.

DOMS
After a trouble free Wk1 I've had 3 rest days because of muscle stiffness despite carrying on with my usual exercise programme (alternate days yoga class and Aqua
aerobics
class). Did Wk2R1 yesterday on treadmill to avoid jarring on kerbs and uneven pavements which may have caused this.

First week of couch to 5k.
I regularly attend the gym and swimming as well as aqua
aerobics
but I fancied a change and I heard about couch to 5k but always thought it wasn't for me. I've never been a runner. I hated cross country at school.

I am too and can do more normal things like cooking proper meals even going to aqua
aerobics
. That was until my back started playing up again a couple of days later. Talk about tempting fate :). My manager is supportive and said she will do all she can to support me.

Apprehensive
During my healthy teen years and early 20's I have always been doing a fitness of some sorts whether it be running,
aerobics
, cycling, weight training. During my 30's I lost my way and became lazy to fitness. Now in my 40's (44) I am trying to get back into it.

This week I did a step
aerobics
video off YouTube and did a load of carpentry and decorating (which I finally finished at 9pm last night - who knew that it took so long!!) Today I plan to go for a massive walk along the coastal path because I need to be by the sea when it's this sunny!!

Signed up for my first class!
I've signed up to do a deep water aqua
aerobics
class on Sunday evening - I did a few of these years ago when my friend worked there and got me in for free (cheeky cheeky..) and they're a lot of fun and very hard work :) Figured if I signed up to a class, I'd be obligated to do a workout instead of making

Things could include trying a different class at the gym, skipping, trying a new YouTube video of step
aerobics
or similar, attempting HIIT, taking someone's dog for a walk, insisting on a family walk up a nearby hill, starting yoga, doing some basic weight stuff with tins of beans in the living room

Sunburn type rash on neck
Yesterday I did low impact
aerobics
which involves moving raising arms and neck etc . When I came home my neck on one side has a vivid red rash which feels like sunburn and has what I would describe as welts across.

T-2 since diagnosis in 1989, however, symptoms were back in 1984 while in the military. Fitness and nutrition has to be a permanent thing.
I am averaging lower readings and enjoying fitness such as Zumba-Gold,
Aerobics
, walking six days a week on a paper round and two evenings of Circuit exercises with many younger than myself.

New and reasonably active
I go to aqua-
aerobics
twice a week, which I really enjoy and I've recently signed up to a 10,000 steps per day challenge for charity.

Newbie here!
I do lots of exercise yoga, pilates, OAP
aerobics
and weights x2 and aquarobics. I truly expected to lose weight but didn't though I did change shape. The only time have lost weight was when I was upset and can't eat then. I eat healthily so guess it has to be portion control.
