Can never stop at one

I had a really good day yesterday if eating 3 Tim Tams is really good day and it was for my taste buds but then I woke up with my tongue swollen so I think maybe chocolates might be one of my allergies. So I'm going to try and stay on track today I'm having for breakfast banana mango watermelon smoothie with a couple of scoops of Greek yoghurt and don't think I'm going to drink the half of litre that normally makes up I think I'll just drink a quarter of a litre. 400 calories

For lunch and to have wild rice sushi because white rice does make me feel quite heavy. 600 calories

And for tea I'm going to have fish and coleslaw 350 calories.

I got the bicycle out of the shed yesterday and pump the tires up so as my aerobics exercise I'm going to be riding my bike everywhere instead of taking the car and for my strength I'll probably just do 20 minutes of pilates.

Congratulations Joggyjade you seem to be getting the hang of calorie counting. Your food sounds really tasty as well, especially the wild rice sushi.

I wish we had the weather where I could use my bike more often. I think you'll have great fun using yours and it will definitely be good for you.

Why not post your daily planned food on Daily Diary?

Loads of members post there and it is a great place for advice, guidance and to get to know people.

Well done for getting the bike out and steering clear of chocolate.

Well the main reason is I like to plan my food in the morning and everything's shut on this site at that time so I find it very hard to plan what I'm going to eat tomorrow so I don't think I worry about the DD.

The DD is posted by 8pm usually and stays open for the next day. The one that closes at 10pm is for the day just finished in UK time that is.

You could, if you wished, copy your lovely menu across to DD now.

Whatever you decide to do enjoy the lovely food you have planned.

Thank you Lucigret. At first I was just meandering along on the bike and then I thought oh this is a bit too easy. So then I decided yep I'm going to go flat out and I actually got to the shops quicker than if I was to stop at the traffic lights and find a the car park, as well as breaking into a sweat.😌
