Long term Ropinirole update
If I’m having symptoms then I try get an
adrenaline
/ dopamine kick, which can sometimes stop them in their tracks temporarily (long enough to get to sleep). I sometimes watch my (racing driver) son’s races back, or possibly seek another natural high.

Read a lot on here about cortisol/
adrenaline
levels. I will soon be down to 4 mg daily from 50 started August 2022. Can either of these 2 things be a reason why I am so depressed/anxious, cry alot of the time. Get awful heart fluttering ( gp says nothing wrong with heart following ECG)

SMOKING!
There, it activates receptors that release dopamine,
adrenaline
, endorphins, serotonin and other “feel-good” signals in your brain. This is where a nicotine “buzz” comes from. It’s like nicotine pushing buttons to make you more relaxed, content or energized.

Two Experiences
To be clear it is all I have ever known and my body adjusted to it until I started supplementation by producing
adrenaline
, hormones etc. I also discovered ways to mitigate it without medication. It was not debilitating until I started supplementation. The fatigue was debilitating.

Root Canal tomorrow Is anaesthetic ok?
hi all I’m a bit worried as I know Denists use
adrenaline
as an anaesthetic and am concerned it might kick off my AF. Currently my meds are low dose Metoprolol and daily aspirin. Any thoughts?

Serum Free T4 level high
I have hypothyroididm and have had it for years. I used to medicate myself, but can no longer afford to do so. I am now taking 100 ml of levothyroxine. I now seem to hae a problem with high blood pressure, hot flushes and what I call adrenalin punches in the stomach. I would not say I was ill,

Advice on Viral Response Please
Hello lovely people. I have only been on this journey for about three years or so but I recently had a virus (not Covid) that, latterly, knocked me off my feet for four days and then caused my heart to go a bit crazy. Beating too fast on and off post-virally. This also happened to me when I had Covid

Frustrated
Then was put on trintellex and now same
adrenaline
rushes so going off. I guess its going to be the mirtrazapine. Took 2 weeks to get thru the tiredness etc! But I did feel much better on it. I just cant gain a lot of weight as have another health issue. I was fine on a lower dose of mirtazapine.

How to improve your blood pressure
Adrenaline
which does increase heart rate and blood pressure. There is also the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone balance. Rewiring how we react to stress, is a necessary step. Remember, stepping stones. Take the slow train. Slow down. Salt intake is a useful one to consider. Not no salt!

Dopamine
I just read that dopamine is made in the adrenals I had not heard this in the past so I am wondering what does this all mean? So maybe there is dopamine being made but the cells can't use it properly? "Dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine are the main catecholamines (a label based on having part
