Adrenaline rushes/anxiety spikes at night?
I have had some success but on and off I am experiencing
adrenaline
rushes and anxiety while laying in bed and trying to sleep. Its near impossible to have deep sleep right now. Could someone help me discern whether this is indicative of hypo or hyper?

She explained about Endorfins and out came the Dolfin dancing on the table, and went on to tell us what

was and then she produced an Alegator. So the dolfin was a sign of good news, but the allegator was not good and should be avoided when possible.

why did this happen?
As
adrenaline
is used to control the reaction And
adrenaline
is also relevant in labour. As well as it being a hospital situation perhaps out of control and feeling unsafe.

Dosage Metropolol/Bisoprolol how low?
His answer was that its very small amount but it could still contribute to tamping down
adrenaline
and keep things in check. Is anyone else on such a low dose as just wondering if I should reduce again or stop taking it as I’m not sure if long term use will cause other problems

No matter how much I try to relax the PAF makes me feel like I’m a nervous wreck pumped on

Anxious? There's always hope!
Understanding anxiety and learning about the adrenal gland, learning that my stomach issues were caused by
adrenaline
and none of the fatal illnesses I was suspecting... This knowledge, along with the wonderful caring advice I got for here... And eventually with a little help from propranolol....

Noo shoos!
I currently run in Brooks
Adrenaline
, so I put one of each on my feet, and couldn't tell much difference, except the Launch is more sloped at the front. I imagine it will propel you forward somewhat!

A new pair, and a new brand...
Some googling tells me that Brooks
Adrenaline
GTS is comparable, and they are on sale... I have got them. The insoles are the same size as my Hokas. The base has a similarly configured tread/support pattern.

Cortisol/DHEA results
Hi I recently had a Regenerus test, due to my frequent
adrenaline
surges, and just feeling generally awful. To be honest, I thought the results were going to say my cortisol was high, but I think the results suggest the opposite? Could anyone take a look and let me know?

Newly diagnosed PMR
2023, I say completed because I couldn't compete against those I've beaten on many occasions as I had no power or energy to give it my all, I was delighted to just get around, not come last and have that precious World Championship Medal, I was doped up on painkillers and was assured that race day

New Shoes and a Waffle
So, I am now the proud owner of a pair of Brooks
Adrenaline
GTS 23. They will replace my first ever pair of running shoes I purchased last September - Saucony Triumph 19, that have served me well and clocked up 1300 km over the past 12 months! I would have preferred a more funky colour but hey!

Keeping your tinnitus induced and super sensitised sympathetic nervous system under control
Namely cortisol,
adrenaline
and noradrenaline. In order to reduce these hormones, we engage the other side of the autonomic nervous system by carrying out relaxed exercise. " Mmmm The above is easier said than done!!!!

Finding coping strategies - my experience
Exercise and diet
From my experience there is no substitute for tackling mental health and other health issues with finding an outlet for releasing frustrations with an
adrenaline
rush that comes from not just a healthy lifestyle.

How to improve your blood pressure
Adrenaline
which does increase heart rate and blood pressure. There is also the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone balance. Rewiring how we react to stress, is a necessary step. Remember, stepping stones. Take the slow train. Slow down. Salt intake is a useful one to consider. Not no salt!
