RLS & Diabetes
I hit a peak with augmentation (I thought) last year & described a feeling of
adrenaline
rushes all the time assuming it was RLS. I have now been diagnosed with diabetes that started at the same time as I noticed the increased RLS symptoms.

Newly suffering from tinnitus and struggling to see a way to live with it, any advice greatly appreciated
Hello, I've been suffering from tinnitus for over a week, after going to a loud bar for 1 hr (which I wanted to leave but my friend wanted to stay), and then a restaurant and cinema the next day which seems to have caused both my ears to ring at a high pitch (14000Hz). I can only think this is because

Learn to live with anxiety and you'll be able to live without it.
On the contrary, all that extra
adrenaline
your body released as a result of the extra stress and strain of fighting only made your nervous system more sensitised still. If you're digging yourself into a hole, the best thing to do is stop digging.

Seconds out Round 2
Of the '
adrenaline
free or not' debate.Wisdom tooth extracted successfully on the second attempt yesterday after 5 days on Metronidazole which must have cleared up most of infection. (reminder, too much pain first attempt). Had 3
adrenaline
free jabs, hardly any pain.

Adrenaline free or not at dentist
Hi, does anyone have a insight into the use of
Adrenaline
and AF? Fortunately since ablations in 2016 I have been symptom free although AF is probably still going on inside. Since then dental treatment has been with
Adrenaline
free anesthetic.

Hello, How do you go about getting a synacthen test? I have been well of late with symptoms that might suggest Adrenalin insufficiency. Week 4 Complete!
, plus not coming straight off a horrendous 6.30am work call, whereby I’m normally (slow jogging) on rage and
adrenaline
! I’m still not ‘enjoying’ running, but REALLY enjoy the feeling all day after!

What pred and the HPA axis do - have I changed as a person?
The HPA axis (the hypothalamus, pituitary, adrenals plus all the hormones and signalling substances) effects include the ones I've mentioned above, the regulation of certain cognitive functions, such as 'executive' planning, short-term memory, emotional impulses, responses to stress hormones such as
adrenaline

Has anyone experienced Afib/Ecoptics when you're watching something intense like an action movie or speaking about something with emotion?
Like high tide emotional intensity which causes a surge of
adrenaline
in my blood which causes my heart to go off rhythm for a few seconds until I breath myself out of it.

Advice for all new arrivals.
Responding in that way causes the release of more
adrenaline
and cortisol : the fear hormones that sensitised nerves thrive on. Recovery and regaining your quiet mind depends on you losing your fear of fear and your anxiety about feeling anxious.

My story of illness and ‘recovery’
But, it came to light that my sympathetic nervous system hadn’t been working properly for some years, as I had just started getting
adrenaline
rushes which I realised I hadn’t experienced for years. Here we are now, in 2021. My IBS has gone. Not just improved but gone.

You have long weekend for a big extended groan.
Standing on the sidewalk the String has
adrenaline
pumping through his body as a result of the tensions. Taking a breath, trying to calm down a little as he decides wha to do next. He's lost his appetite, and is in no mood to enjoy the cool Fall nigh, he decided to head home.
