I have suffered from PMR for the last 3 years 10 months. I am now down to 2 mg of Pred, 1 at 3am ish and 1after breakfast. So I am just wondering what anyone elses experience is with their symptoms of adrenaline vs. too much thyroid hormone symptoms, and how you tell them apart?

It could be that what I saw as emotional pathways opening was in fact my body producing adrenaline etc. as part of my healing and that the reason I processed trauma was that the adrenaline increase was associated with trauma.

Im a 60 yr old adrenaline junkie into mountain biking, kitesurfing and skiing . Have anyone got advice as to how I should approach my recovery return to the sports I love . Thanks

Hi everyone, anyone any thoughts on going to the dentist, two hours in the chair, crowns removed root taken out, been in AF ever since 2 days so far, could there be something else at work, had non adrenaline injection.

I wake up early every morning with a rush of adrenaline..which feels very uncomfortable, it completely prevents me from going back to sleep, and my legs and feet ache and burn, so I end up just getting up early to make it all stop.

If i was avoiding doingvsomething as i knew it would make me feel worse, if i decide to go ahead and do it despite how horrid my symptoms of adrenaline may become, does that mean i accept it? Or is that just getting by?

It's like someone gave me a shot of adrenaline on top of already dealing with the extra adrenaline our bodies are trying to deal with that was suppressed for months and years while on bisoprolol. I'm trying to deal with it more naturally by taking supplements.

I don't know if some of it's in my head but I'm having constant adrenaline dumps and just feel like I have so much negative energy that I can't sit still. Should I push through as it's early days or ask for something else? Any experiences? I really need my anxiety to improve as it's destroying me

Been off low dose of bisoprolol for 2 weeks while waiting for 24 hrs monitor results, I think I keep getting strange feelings in chest they come and go I Don,t know if its me stressing out or adrenaline making me feel wierd, keeps playing on my mind,wonder if anyone else has these sort

Is it because adrenaline/cortisol are trying to compensate for the lack of T3 (it seems my T3 needs to be in the upper half of the so called "normal" range to sleep through the night), or is it something in NDT, or something in synthetic T4/T3 that actually causes this counterintuitive difference?

I am wondering about adrenaline: Isn't that also for affecting the heart? Is this appropriate for afibbers? I rule out emotional anxiety, because it is not present. I am "a stupendously good patient," in the words of my dentist.

However, over the last couple of weeks have been waking up with adrenaline rushes and anxiety, this has had a knock affect on my day and I am now feeling quite down and mood is flat, still functioning but just going through the motions of living without the joy.

I need 3 teeth extracted but as I'm on an once a year infusion of Adrenaline Acid I'm told it could be dangerous has anyone else had this done???

Hello I was just wondering if my adrenaline glands are low.I managed to taper to 7 mgs aft four years.Within 3 days iam very tired and more anxious.Do I just push through?My first time getting pmg it was easier and quicker to taper.Advicefrom the more experienced would be helpful!!!

A very big benefit was burning off cortisol and adrenaline to control my anxiety. I have at least 6 more weeks until I can even think about putting some weight on my foot. I tried mat pilates a few days ago and couldn't do it. Just the incidental movement was too much.
