I have a question in regards to
adrenaline
. I have been experiencing random episodes of
adrenaline
without any specific cause and it has become very concerning as I get a huge anxiety rush with it. I feel it in my chest, down my arms and in my legs, causing shortness of breath.

Adrenaline buzz
What I’m wondering is whether I’ll still get that
adrenaline
‘buzz’ or if it will be affected by the long term use of Pred? Guess I’ll soon find out, but I don’t know if anyone knows?

Adrenaline buzz - update
I did the world's fastest zipwire in Wales and it was absolutely amazing!!! I loved every second. We 'flew' superman style, suspended flat, face downward, at 118mph! I was with a group of 7 young men and they looked terrified so I went first telling them "If the old lady can do it so can you"... and

Adrenaline Dysautonomia
It seems to describe me to a ‘T’ in that I get these
adrenaline
rushes for no reason. They drive me mad as well as raising my BP, for which I now have blood pressure medication. However, I just can’t calm these knots. I recently had AF (my first and hopefully my last).

I’ve been on levo for many years and recently tried Metavive (advised by a functional therapist) with scary results and too much
adrenaline
. I’m back on levo but feeling worse than I did before. I’d like to see someone to help in a more controlled way. Any advice please! 🙃 Thank you Sam

hello
When I’m ‘triggered’ or high on
adrenaline
(which is often after a very challenging 6+ years) I go to WW and a cigarette. This is not sustainable; nor do I want to be ruled by these addictions. I need to find new ways to combat my ways… help! 🤕

what do you do when you’re “off”
Someone recently told me that dopamine breaks down to noradrenaline and then to
adrenaline
, which can feel anxiety especially when movement is difficult. My tendency is to want to sit still until this passes, which can take what feels like forever. what do you do?

I suffer a lot from
adrenaline
rushes and wonder if it’s anything to do with the medication. For example, my thyroid levels have recently dropped from 7.1 to 2.5 within four months with no change in medication. I currently take 75mcg day. Thank you for your help .

Further update to hospital stay
This
adrenaline
has taken over. This is the worse I have ever been. I just wanted some advice on how to get rid of some of this cortisol. I shake and my jaw quivers if i speak for too long. I really don't know who else to ask.

Scleroderma and fatigue
But if I "give up" and stay at home for a whole day I get very distressed – my body might be tired but my mind is very active and I get bored, lonely, fidgety, anxious – too much
adrenaline
– I start brooding and get even more depressed. My GP can find no obvious physical reason for the fatigue.
