Bisoprolol Weaning
Hi all, as a couple of weeks ago I started to titrate off the 2.5mg bisoprolol I've been on last few years. I've dropped to 1.25mg and so far mixed bag of events . Week one, no issues or problems until 7-8 days in, then anxious, sort of uncomfortable feeling here and there not pleasant at all . Start

Plant based diet
I wanted to share this interview. In doing research on MBC, I came to Dr. Andrew Weil. I found below interview on his website. I've just begun eating a plant-based diet and already feeling less fatigue and am anxious to see what wbc count will be when next tested. I've also been having acupuncture

T3 tolerance and low iron/b12/cortisol
The bad period the last couple of days also started after a mini
adrenaline
burst the night before and has lasted ever since after having previously felt like I was tolerating it much better.

Not a lot in there to get the
adrenaline
up; music has got to be fit for purpose. I've had a bit of a bedroom faux pas in that department before. I've since deleted I Love All The Boys from my iTunes.

2nd run down
I ran my second week one last night. Was tougher than the first, after a long day at work, but the euphoria of achieving success was amazing. Tomorrow I run again and I’m looking forward to that adrenalin again.

Did my W1R2 at 6am this morning. It was fffffreezing but I did it! I can’t say I’m getting that rush of Adrenalin after a run that people talk about just yet, but I’m going to keep going. It’s not nearly as awful as I was expecting it to be.

I guess it’s all the

The barber shop anxiety
So does anyone else get rush of
adrenaline
while getting your haircut..or for the ladies doing your hair . My anxiety seems to rush up on me while sitting getting my hair done.. I literally have to fold my arms and control the feeling until I'm done .

Adrenaline and tension
I'm learning that tension headaches and tension in general is caused by overloading
adrenaline
. If anybody is suffering with the
adrenaline
rush everyday I'm wondering if antidepressants such as lexapro or zoloft has helped.

Did someone just ask: "When does it get better?"
So you stop flooding your nerves with
adrenaline
: the hormone which in constant excess keeps your nervous system over sensitised. Over sensitised nerves play havoc with our peace of mind through all the symptoms that we know so well.

Week 4, 8km run felt tough!
There was a lot more uphill than I remembered from last week, think I must have been running on
adrenaline
last week! Today my legs felt heavy and I just wasn't in the "zone". Still, it's done. ☺ Happy running all!

First self injection - What a rush!
I feel like I'm on an
adrenaline
come down. Thank you so much to everyone in this community for their advice and support and help for one of another. Going to keep track of my symptoms now and monitor my injections etc. and hopefully will notice some improvement.

Whole body tremor?
I always thought it was
adrenaline
. I have a dominant hand tremor. It doesn't affect me, I barely notice it. But while exercising it turns into a monster waving and slashing like it has a mind of its own. Any ideas? TIA, kpo

It's a fine line between anxiety and depression. Sometimes not easy to tell the difference?
The fear causes more
adrenaline
which causes more nervous sensitisation. Which causes more symptoms. Which cause more fear. Which causes more adrenalin and nervous sensitisation. Which causes more symptoms. You're caught in a vicious circle that's hard to break out of.

Microwave food burn
Had a planned extraction which didn’t go very well (split into 3, anaesthetic wore of and
adrenaline
crisis!). (Insert many many swear words!) I then managed to get an infected socket! More antibiotics! I could only eat soft foods so microwaved some mash potato. Left it stand. Ate from the outside.

Molar removal
Sadly I have to have a molar removed. My EP has said provided INR is 2, I will bleed a little more but not much. My question is what about the use of adrenalin in the injection, I have a pacemaker.
