Frustrated

I was put on lexapro bad reaction got Adrenalin rushes and got sick. So got put on mirtrazapine and it worked well but I was afraid of weight gain so went off. Held my own for a bit. Then was put on trintellex and now same adrenaline rushes so going off. I guess its going to be the mirtrazapine. Took 2 weeks to get thru the tiredness etc! But I did feel much better on it. I just cant gain a lot of weight as have another health issue. I was fine on a lower dose of mirtazapine. I feel so crazy! Had to take an Ativan this morning. So hard to function trying to get all this sorted.

I have almost every side effect from antidepressants . I've had some success with natural antidepressants like St johns wort, 5htp. Less side effects. Walking or exercising 20 to 30 min daily too.
