Started my 1st Cycle - Buserelin Injections
Hello lovelies, I've just started Buserelin injections and am finding my emotions are really heightened, despite it only being the first week. Is this normal? I'm also very sleepy and having hot flushes, but thankfully other than that no major side effects. Just a bit of a teary mess at the minute.

Post concussion syndrome
I had a fall off a ladder in late 2019, had a CT scan in the hospital, was told to rest but after days of feeling dizzy, nauseous, lacking energy and being not myself, went back and was told I likely had post concussion syndrome. As time went on I noticed my anxiety levels were much higher, I felt generally

Anyone taking Qulipta for chronic migraine and finding some relief with Behçet's gi issues?
Hi. I was prescribed Qulipta for chronic migraine last June, and have been taking it since then. A sideeffect has been pretty severe constipation, which can be problematic in its own right. However, I'm finding that that my usual severe gi pain is much less, and even during flares the pain is more

Caudal Epidural
Hi Arvine, I was also diagnosed several months ago with spinal stenosis and the spinal neurologist recommended a caudal epidural. Due to an intervening infection I was only able to have this procedure three days ago. It was quick and painless and so far I have had no after effects. By the time

Probiotic help
Hello all I had dental surgery a couple of years ago and was prescribed some rather powerful antibiotics. I had pretty bad diarrhea throughout and my gut just hasn't been the same since. I now have frequent flare ups, and the "baseline" I return to is quite far from what I would consider normal for me

waking from an induced coma
Does anyone know where I could possibly find information regarding how people are woken from a head injury. So for example how they try and wake the patient and they give a time limit of say 2 hours then decide they aren’t ready so put them back into the coma and they keep doing this until they are

catheter placement
I've been reading that feeding the catheter via the radial artery at the wrist is preferable for a couple reasons. If there's unwanted bleeding it's much easier to stop in the arm than in the abdominal. There's no need to have to lie flat on your back from 2 to 6 hours after the ablation is completed

hydrosalpinx query
I was diagnosed with Endo and Adeno 13 months ago. Following a further MRI scan a few weeks back, I've just received a letter from the hospital stating that it also showed a right-sided hydrosalpinx which has grown from 6.6 cm from a year ago to 9cm. I'm waiting for a follow-up phone call from them but

Vaccine and Prolonged Diarrhea
I had the bivalent Covid vaccine on 27 December (my fifth vaccine). I had noticed in the last couple of years that about two weeks after each vaccine, my bowels acted up a bit but they subsided after taking Normix. But ever since 10 January, which was two weeks after this bivalent vaccine,

Slight hiccup in my running journey
So I completed c25k last April with help from this amazing site. I've been running ever since and usually 4 times a week. Mainly 5ks but some 7/10ks. Anyway I was really enjoying my running, really looking forward to the warmer weather coming...but I have unfortunately managed to fracture my fibula

I've been slightly constipated for weeks until 8 days ago . Then I just stopped. Been in severe pain since and tried every laxative. Been to doctors and she put me on docusate sodium. Now I'm on molaxole powder and having 8 sachets in 6 hours for faecal impaction. Still nothing at all. I'm in pain now

Brain Injury that happened 12 weeks ago....
I suffered from a serious accident 12 weeks ago and mostly suffering from coping how to deal with somethings. After 7 weeks of being home again and attending hospital apps etc I am getting there. I just don't like the threat area of my brain that is recovering. My emotions on some days are horrendous
