citalopram
it’s been 6 months since I was taken into
intensive
care
due to low sodium. As this was partly caused by citalopram, the hospital stopped it immediately. I am still struggling to be normal. I am horrible to my family, I have hateful thoughts, am very anxious.

decompensated liver
She had a stint in
intensive
care
and on a ward where we were told she had a decompensated liver. She was very lucky to recover from
intensive
care
. Mum is very secretive with any engagement with services since she was discharged. Recently I have found out that my mum is drinking again.

Different hospital
Still
intensive
care
, and back on ventilator as well as tracheotomy but they've already reduced some numbers in a couple of hours. Obviously moving him has left him absolutely shattered, so I came away just after 3.

citalopram sudden withdrawal
I was recently rushed into
Intensive
Care
for dangerously low sodium levels. Citalopram is one of the drugs causing this, along with omeprazole and ramipril. The hospital immediately stopped these 3 medications. I am now 3 weeks out of hospital and feel absolutely dreadful.

The Day I Raced My Palliative Care Nurse
I’m coming off the mountain top! What an incredible experience and I’m sure Nurse Sarah (not her real name) feels the same! I was smiling and laughing all the way home from my hospital! So much fun! I can only say in my life that my wife’s birth to our daughters surpasses this. The only thing that

Seeking Advice on Clinical Trials or Treatments for Advanced Prostate Cancer with Bone Marrow Involvement
Dear Forum Members, I am reaching out for guidance and support regarding my father’s ongoing battle with advanced prostate cancer. About a year ago, he was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer with extensive bone metastases but no organ involvement. Recently, we discovered that he has a BRCA2 mutation

Have you got Respect Form/Palliative Care in place?
Hi all, I haven't posted for a while, although I have been reading the posts regularly and send my deepest condolescences to all loved ones who have passed away recently. My Father-in-law's (FIL) PSP journey is gathering pace, it's so awful to see a once active man, not a day off in his life due to

palliative radiation treatment questions
In my prior (first) post, I shared about my 82 year old father’s condition. Thanks for all the helpful and thoughtful responses from this community. He has gone off Goserelin (ADT) injection and now just on bicalutamide pills. As his testosterone seems to have returned, he’s now having more energy
