Good afternoon. I was diagnosed with Adison's disease in 2022. Prescribed Prednisolone 5 mg. Now I take hydrocortisone tablets 20 mg per day. Fludrocortisone 0.1 mg. Once a year there is an Adrinal crisis, I end up in intensive care... Constant weakness, no vitality, I sleep a lot... I am only 43 years old. I'm from Ukraine...It's difficult to get competent advice from a specialist.
I would be glad for reasonable advice

We would love to help you but this forum is not for adrenal insufficiency - it is for an autoimmune condition which can only be managed with corticosteroids which suppress adrenal function while you are taking them. Our knowledge is restricted to the problems associated with getting to low doses of steroid while tapering the dose.
It does sound as if you are on slightly too low a dose of steroid but I do know from a friend that management of Addisons is very critical and adrenal crises can happen frequently even with good medical care. In the UK you would have an emergency rescue pack with injectable hydrocortisone to be administered to you if you were showing signs of collapse. But more than that - I really don't know,
