Collagen supplement
Hi, has anyone any experience with taking a
collagen
supplement? I suffer from IBS C and would like to try
collagen
for joint pain etc, but am nervous of it making my IBS worse. Any advice gratefully received.

Collagen II/HIRT for Bone Health and Blood Test
I was wondering if anyone else in this forum who exercises and/or takes
Collagen
II has found their liver enzymes elevated as a result? I'm trying to find the cause! Thanks!

prebiotic collagen protein
Hi, I have searched the site re the above and most concerns relate to cost and getting
collagen
from diet rather than paying large sums for a packaged preparation. The main reason i want to take it is the hype regarding bloating, gut healing and digestive issues.

I've just started taking bovine
collagen
powder but read it increases estrogen. Anyone had any issues or know more about this please? Don't want to do anything that could make things worse 🤔

Thank you to the SOS
It was new to me as well and I am hopeful that my body will produce enough
collagen
to support this new shoulder. I’m on so many supplements for
collagen
building and I can tell you my stomach is revolting. But this surgeon is the guru of the world(literally) for shoulder surgery.

Vitamins to help bone healing
Unsurprising really, as it's important for
collagen
formation. Here is a nice little article outlining the role various nutrients have in maintaining bone health: https://www.webmd.com/osteoporosis/osteo-fracture-diet

Help re taking collagen powder
Collagen
(1+3) appears to be an aid to bone health. So, as I take Levo+T3 first thing and a further two doses during the rest of the day+evening, will the same length of time after taking T4 or T3 be required, ie 2 hours or 4 hours dependent on the particular supplement?

collagen
