I am on a maintenance drug after been diagnosed with hg ovianian cancer Is anyone taking a collagen supplement

Hi. I was also recommended to take collagen for my joint pain but would be very keen to know if anyone else has tried this and if it works. Thanks for asking the question x

Hi Curry55

I took marine collagen for about 3 months and wasn’t too sure it made much difference so didn’t buy anymore.

Two months later (without collagen) my joints are aching more than ever, that’s proved to me it was effective so I’m back on it!

Ps it definitely helped with hair regrowth xx Jen
