I first posted here about a year ago in regards to my side effects of prolia… was on it for about 10 yrs… because of the rebound effect I had to take an infusion in March of reclast…. I am so done with medication‘s and the side effects.

I have been following the “comb study” taking collagen peptides along with a handful of prunes on a daily basis I do powerwalk daily cannot do much of anything else because of frozen shoulder and a slight tear in my rotator cuff🙄hopefully when that wears off, I could add more exercises in the future

I do belong to a couple of support groups in regards to osteoporosis.. Prolia… reclast… there seems to be controversy in taking the supplement…

I thought I post here to get your feedback. I truly do not want to take any more medication. I was hoping that this would help in some degree

I am going on my 3rd year of Prolia and have had no side effects. I have severe osteoporosis and hesitated a long time, but started Prolia after I had 3 spinal fractures!! I researched all the alternative many times, but feel this is the right decision for now. Due for next Dexa in November and will see if there was improvement, I wish everyone well in finding the best path to their health.
