Collagen II/HIRT for Bone Health and Blood Test

Hi all,

I take collagen II and do High Intensity Resistance Training every other day to help back off of osteoporosis.

My problem is that I just had blood test results that informed me that I have elevated Liver enzymes which is not good. I was wondering if anyone else in this forum who exercises and/or takes Collagen II has found their liver enzymes elevated as a result? I'm trying to find the cause!

Thanks!

Hello, I don’t take any colagen but I run a lot and my liver enzymes are elevated on and off for past four years. I decided not to run for three days prior to a next blood check.
