Collagen supplements and estrogen

I've just started taking bovine collagen powder but read it increases estrogen. Anyone had any issues or know more about this please? Don't want to do anything that could make things worse 🤔

Hi, if your gut micro biome is poor and you have a histamine reaction to estrogen then collagen will affect estrogen but if your gut is good then usually (from what I've read) collagen should be OK to take just keep an eye on it as you don't want to increase your estrogen if you're suffering from endo xxx
