Skin problems
I'm all crinkly with no
collagen
present. I use organic coconut oil in the bath and a thick body cream, but nothing appears to make my skin look how it was. Any suggestions?

Chapter 17. I dream of the revolution that must come... 2/2.
In other words, the possible evolutionary weak point of the brain would have been left in the hands of nutrients, of the liver for its blood purifying function and, as a final defense, of the blood-brain barrier (so dependent on
collagen
, vitamin C and flavonoids). Neurologist Dr.

And COQ10,
collagen
and DIM when I remember. My FT3, FT4, B12 and D had all been improving, with B12 sometimes very high. Without changing doses of anything, I am back to where I was before taking any levo at all - low in range values of each. I do feel tired, emotional, and can’t get warm.

Researchers have devised a way to upcycle waste into the Parkinson’s disease drug L-DOPA
A similar method can convert wood waste to proline, which is essential for the formation of healthy
collagen
and cartilage https://www.futurity.org/upcycle-waste-l-dopa-proline-2478202-2/

Bone Hormone A Potential New Treatment?
The calcitonin receptor was present in atrial cells responsible for producing
collagen
, a major component of scar tissue. When the team treated these cells – called fibroblasts – with calcitonin the cells produced 46 percent less

Recent Narrow Angle Diagnosis.
I also read that
Collagen
supplements can effect this condition, but can’t seem to get any conclusive answers from anyone, so have stopped my bovine
collagen
, which I’d been taking for 4 months. Does anyone know if these supplements are helpful or detrimental to this condition ? Many Thanks 😊.

Does Vitamin C Influence Neurodegenerative Diseases and Psychiatric Disorders?
Apart from this, Vit C plays a role of an enzymatic co-factor participating in biosynthesis of such substances as
collagen
, carnitine, tyrosine and peptide hormones. It has also been indicated that myelin formation in Schwann cells could be stimulated by ascorbic acid.

Collagen
Good morning I read about the health benefits of
collagen
. I have been taking it, but started sleeping badly. I then looked it up in relation to taking thyroxine. Am I right in thinking it might have made me over medicated? I have stopped anyway, so see if this may be the case - best way!

Hypothyroidism to Graves' disease and late appearance of pretibial myxoedema
Histological examination of a skin biopsy specimen showed mucopolysaccharide deposition localised to the reticular dermis and attenuation of
collagen
fibres such that they were frayed, fragmented, and widely separated, confirming a diagnosis of pretibial myxoedema.

New test result shows fatty liver
I found this community by googling if
collagen
would contribute to fatty liver disease. I’m still confused about if it does or doesn’t but decided to quit adding it to my morning coffee just in case.
