Collagen supplements and estrogen
I've just started taking bovine
collagen
powder but read it increases estrogen. Anyone had any issues or know more about this please? Don't want to do anything that could make things worse 🤔

Vitamins to help bone healing
Unsurprising really, as it's important for
collagen
formation. Here is a nice little article outlining the role various nutrients have in maintaining bone health: https://www.webmd.com/osteoporosis/osteo-fracture-diet

Help re taking collagen powder
Collagen
(1+3) appears to be an aid to bone health. So, as I take Levo+T3 first thing and a further two doses during the rest of the day+evening, will the same length of time after taking T4 or T3 be required, ie 2 hours or 4 hours dependent on the particular supplement?

Someone has recommended
Collagen
supplements to help treat tennis elbow. Does anyone know if it’s safe to take with Pred (currently on 0.75mg)?

Dry skin
I pile on lotions and potions topically and also take
collagen
but my arms and legs particularly have paper thin dry skin. I'm 58 and expect some of this but it does seem to be worse than I'd expect. Thanks in advance 🙂

Collagen powder and increased stiffness?
I cannot find anything on the internet about
collagen
protein powder causing severe stiffness and pressure on the brain. We are baffled but grateful he is back to himself. Has anyone experienced this? It's so odd... since he is back to himself, we decided not to add the Azilect.

lower back pain
I have read an American article which states that these low levels can cause lower back pain as these low levels do not enable the body to produce enough
collagen
connective tissue protein and maintain the back adequately. I welcome your experiences, and clinical viewpoints on this.

Advice for Hair Loss?
I’ve been using
collagen
and keratin shampoo and I’ve tried rosemary oil but nothing works. I’m gonna be bald soon 😱 Does anything work? I read that the hair loss can be from lack of protein. I eat a lot of protein but maybe my liver is not processing it? I don’t know.

Requip and Collagen
I have been taking Requip for several years and started taking
Collagen
last year as I had come off HRTand my hair and nails were in a terrible condition. I seem to remember seeing that taking both was not advised, is that correct? I have gone back on HRT but it has not made any difference.
